Carriers & Service Areas

UK & Europe: shipped via Royal Mail. Typical UK delivery: within 24 hours after dispatch (dependent on service selected and destination).

Europe delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

USA: shipped via USPS. Typical delivery to most U.S. addresses: 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Packaging & Privacy

Delivery Issues (Lost, Damaged, Not Received)

If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered, contact our Support Team within 3 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will investigate with the courier. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion following verification.

Incorrect Address & Re‑shipments

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will incur re‑shipping fees. We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses supplied incorrectly by the customer.
